As an active partner in European Union (EU) projects, Tabit develops innovative solutions in agriculture, rural development, digitalization, and sustainability. By participating in international consortia, it contributes to knowledge sharing, technology transfer, and joint project development processes. With its experience in EU-funded projects, Tabit leads initiatives that support regional development and have high environmental and social impact.

Implemented European Union (EU) Projects:

The Pathways2020 project, using the “Smart Village” as a pilot area, is an initiative contributing to the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals through innovative methods such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Citizen Science.

 

 

The INNO-SOCIA project, conducted in collaboration with NGOs from Aydın, the Netherlands, and Sweden, aims to raise awareness of social entrepreneurship among young people and to create a sustainable social entrepreneurship ecosystem.

The PROSES project is a significant initiative for the development of the social economy in sustainable agriculture and rural development. Implemented by a consortium led by the Aydın Governorship, this project involves collaboration with regional and local authorities from Italy, Spain, and Portugal under the EU CosME Program.

 

In the “AZMUD” project, Tabit aimed to improve energy and water efficiency in soilless greenhouses. The project focused on developing root heating systems using electrically conductive plastics to reduce heating costs and optimize wastewater usage.

 

Our ongoing Digital Agricultural Production Analyzer (AgAPP-e) project focuses on the efficient use of phosphorus, a limited resource in agriculture. The goal is to raise farmers’ awareness about proper phosphorus usage and support sustainable farming practices.
