The Women Stars of Agriculture Certificate Program, designed specifically for women who want to make a difference in agriculture, is an innovative educational initiative implemented in collaboration with SuperFresh. The program aims to strengthen gender equality in agriculture, increase women’s active and informed participation in production processes, and support rural development.
Although women play a significant role in the agricultural sector today, many female producers face barriers in accessing education, technology, and financial resources. This project addresses these structural challenges and facilitates women’s access to knowledge, digital tools, and sustainable agricultural practices.
The program offers free, online training covering key topics such as:

💸 Financial Literacy: Enhancing women producers’ skills in financial management and investment planning.
🌱 Ecological Literacy: Adoption of nature-friendly, environmentally sustainable production methods.
💡 Entrepreneurship: Supporting women in implementing agricultural business ideas and strengthening economic independence.
At the end of the training, participants receive a certificate, helping them become more visible, competent, and competitive within the agricultural ecosystem.
