
The INNO-SOCIA project is a significant initiative involving partner NGOs from Aydın, the Netherlands, and Sweden. The project’s specific objectives are to create a sustainable social entrepreneurship ecosystem at local and national levels, raise awareness of social entrepreneurship among young people, and foster meaningful dialogue between civil society organizations.
At the core of the project is the “Smart Village Meeting,” in which Tabit has played a leading role. The Smart Village is recognized as an important platform for social entrepreneurship in Turkey. Within the INNO-SOCIA project, Tabit contributed significantly to the organization and management of the Smart Village Meeting.
The project developed innovative approaches aimed at strengthening the social entrepreneurship ecosystem by enhancing knowledge and skills among civil society organizations. Events and training programs were organized to increase awareness of social entrepreneurship among young people.
The Smart Village Meeting became a key platform for discussing and sharing innovative steps in social entrepreneurship. Through fostering strong dialogue among NGOs, the project achieved notable progress in promoting sustainable social entrepreneurship.
Supported and recognized by the European Union, the INNO-SOCIA project has made a significant contribution to the social entrepreneurship sector in Turkey. Under Tabit’s leadership, the Smart Village Meeting provided a valuable platform for increasing the knowledge and skills of social entrepreneurs and youth in Turkey.
The project’s outcomes serve as an important guide for future initiatives in social entrepreneurship. This collaboration toward a sustainable social entrepreneurship ecosystem represents an inspiring example for social and rural development.
