Within the scope of the Agriculture 4.0 Policy Implementation and Research Center Project, supported by Eyüp Sultan Municipality, Kadir Has University, and the Istanbul Development Agency, the Agriculture 4.0 Team held a meeting with Tabit Smart Agriculture Technologies.
During the meeting, the team discussed which technologies could be visually presented and easily introduced to farmers for future training sessions to be organized in collaboration with Tabit. Tabit representatives provided a detailed presentation about their products and content, aligning with the team’s interests.
This discussion offered insights into how these products could be adapted for the project.
The Agriculture 4.0 Team, carrying out various plans and actions for both the academic and practical aspects of the project, aimed to consolidate different sources of information for academic studies, contributions to the literature, and sharing with other municipalities.
The team, which also conducted meetings with WWF, Doktar, and the Kibele Project, noted that the composting methods would be researched in greater detail within the project. This approach will allow both academic and practical results to be observed, enabling comparative analyses of composting methods and identifying the ideal approach for small-scale farming in the region.
