At Tabit, as we shape the future of agriculture through technology, we believe that the cornerstone of this transformation is people. Our vision of building a sustainable, efficient, and fair agricultural ecosystem can only become a reality in a world where every individual can fully realize their potential.

For this reason, we do not see gender equality as a corporate social responsibility project, but as an inseparable part of our identity and success.

This manifesto is a declaration of Tabit’s unwavering commitment to achieving and promoting gender equality in every aspect of our work—from field to table, from office to technology development processes.

Our Vision

To build a future where women and men in agriculture and technology have equal access to opportunities, resources, and representation; where their voices are equally heard, their labor equally valued, and all barriers to their potential removed.
