Developed with the cooperation of KRK Holding - Blue Olive, the Integrated Plant for the Evaluation of Pomace Wastes is a project that aims to evaluate the oily pomace produced as a result of olive squeezing with an environmentally friendly approach. The facility has a capacity of 50,000 tons/year and aims to sell the oil-free pomace in value-added forms to the domestic market and abroad, after the solvent extraction of the oily pomace and the separation of the oil.

This innovative facility aims to reduce the harmful effects of olive waste to zero and transform it into economical and exportable products. Oil-free pomace, which is transformed into valuable products such as Pomace Oil, High Energy Seed and Ethene, Seed and Mixed Fuel Pellet, Soap Chips and Activated Carbon, is produced with an environmentally friendly zero waste model and is designed to minimize the negative effects on the environment.

The main purpose of the project is to contribute to environmental sustainability by converting these wastes into economic value instead of eliminating the environmentally harmful wastes of small oil workshops. Processes supported by artificial intelligence supported logistics routing software and technology have been optimized at all stages, from planning the facility to production, integrating products into export and domestic market networks.

The Integrated Facility for the Evaluation of Pomace Wastes is implemented under the assurance of the investor by obtaining permits and certification in accordance with the current regulations of the country. The successful implementation of the project aims to be the pioneer of an environmentally friendly and sustainable model in the evaluation of olive waste.
